I woke up yesterday morning with the world's worst crick in my neck.
Luckily we have bottles of this lovely product in the office.
It is my new best friend.
I *heart* it.
Today I am feeling better but it remains stiff and sore.
I won't be smelling like my usual self. Nope I will be sporting eau de Biofreeze.

I have never heard of it - is it like icy hot? I get stress knots in my back, maybe I'll look for some of that if it's available in stores.
