Poor thing! I hope you make it through the day!!!! Have you ever memorized anything? I memorize a lot of Bible scripture and when I can't sleep I just repeat it to myself over and over and it almost turns into a meditation and I'm able to drift off.Hugs!
Well, I hope when you do "run out of gas" you'll be in a good place, like at "a gas station" where you can re-fuel. Have a great day & weekend!
