This week I challenge you to do something I find easier to say than do.
When you find yourself engaged in a conversation with someone, listen intently.
Give the other person your undivided attention and focus on what they are saying while resisting the urge to speak what's on your mind.
I'm going to have quite a few opportunities this week to challenge myself to do just this and to remember I have two ears and one mouth.
