ReplyDeleteWhat a fun day with Fiwa, I totally wish I got that box now. =) I'm telling you, you need to try the spicy tuna rolls at Kyoto's on South Tacoma Way in Tacoma. You'll never be able to eat another one anywhere else!
I didn't know it was 08/08/08 till I turned on the opening ceremony of the Olympics, which started at 8:00. An auspicious number, so it seems.
ReplyDeleteI was a little creeped out driving to work on Friday, as every radio station I tuned to had static. I thought "GREAT! Some whack job is going to pick today to make a point, i.e. 9/11." I am not sure I'll ever get over that. I wasn't allowed to leave work that day, my son's schools went on lock down, my cell phone didn't work, land lines were jammed and that night, something really creepy flew over our house, but we couldn't see it. It had no lights on it and we had no lights.
