Weekly Challenge #128


This week I challenge you to do something in which your body is in motion at least once a day.

I'm not saying go hardcore at the gym, although doing so would most likely be a good thing.

I'm challenging you to do something - anything - that gets you up and moving around at least once a day.

Swing on a swing.

Go for a walk around your hood.

Ride a merry go round.

Stretch.

Do some squats while you're cooking dinner.

Play horse.

Something.

Anything.

Just put your body in motion.
