An Interesting Read

The latest book to grace my coffee table and nightstand is

It is quite interesting thus far but definitely not one I like to read before bed.

Speaking of reading before bed, I found a spelling error in Iris Johansen's latest book Deadlock last night. Stranger is not spelled stanger.

Maybe it is just me but I expect more from a New York bestselling author. Maybe I should call her publicist and tell 'em so they can have a talking to with the proofreading folks.

Whatcha' reading these days? I'm always on the lookout for a recommendation so please, DO TELL.

Peace and Love Peeps.

I've just finished Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett...which is 973 pages long but one of the best books I've read in ages! Now I'm starting on the "sort of" sequel, World Without End, set 200 years later in the 1300's. It revolves around descendants of characters of the first book. I can't recommend these highly enough. If you go to Amazon.com, they will let you read the first few pages online...it was enough to get me hooked. lol

I love catching spelling errors!

I am reading The Sharper Your Knife the Less You Cry about a young woman who goes to Culinary school, the famous one, in Paris.
