A Whine, Happy 4th, and a Shout Out

I'd like to believe I don't whine much and for the most part, I have a high tolerance for pain.

With that being said, I'm going to whine and say something has taken me down. And I mean down.

Maybe the picture is giving you a hint. During my yearly physical earlier this week it was time for the ten year shot.

A tetanus shot.

My left arm is sore. I feel run down. Tired. Achy. I've had quite a few headaches. I was nauseous earlier today. It feels like the flu but I know it isn't.

It sucks. Big time. I know getting one is in my best interest but holy heck, I feel like crap.

God bless Princess. She hasn't left my side since last night. I roll over. She's there. I go to the bathroom. She follows. I sit on the couch. She jumps on me. She knows.

I probably won't be near the Internet tomorrow so I wanted to wish you a very happy 4th of July ! I hope you and yours spend it doing what you love and with those you love.

My plans, providing I feel at least 15% better, are to head over to spend the day with T, Snookums, and the extended family.

My shout out goes to none other than Ace. I realized the other day it was 2 years ago on the 4th of July we met for the first time. Time flies and at the same time, it feels like the time we have known one another far exceeds two years.

Thank you for the friendship. I'm sorry the Vegas heat is burning you up. Anytime you want to cool down, come on back for a visit. You know where we are.

When I find the hot pink ones, Coco Crisp Satin is coming to life. No doubt about it!
