On this classic Pacific Northwest fall day {insert cool, windy, gray, periods of rain}, Brad, Fiwa, and I met for brunch at Fiwa's.
Good times y'all. Good times.
She is such a gracious host and quite the cook y'all. I'm thinking you probably already knew that but I can't let the opportunity pass by without giving credit where credit is due.
The only "present" I could offer the two of them was me. Brad shared homemade peach and blackberry jam with us and Fiwa sent me packing with bubbles, a tiara, razzles, and the rest of the Twilight series.
We laughed. We loved. We ate. We talked, even about some of y'all.
If you ever have the chance to meet a fellow blogger you follow in real life, DO. Heck, we already share our lives with one another so the face to face meeting is simply icing on the cake.
Peace and Love Peeps.

Oh gosh, the word BRUNCH just warms my soul. I love BRUNCH and with good friends, it is perfection. Mosaic is awesome. Is that her kitchen in the 3rd row down to the left? I am in love with it!!!! And of course I am loving the series there. Is it wrong that I actually kissed my row of books before leaving the house the other morning and said , bye guys, out loud as if I was speaking to Edward & Bella. So not right. Oh that came out wrong, I didn't kiss the books but I did kiss my finger and then brushed it across the books. Yeah, that is much better!!!
Here comes the country in me. If only I had some yard scissors I would cut those tose off one by one. and cook them and feed them to the dog.
Way to go Brad. Socks and sandals, so Seattle.
Did you miss me? My ears were burning. OK. I'll take drugs and come. One of these days. Summer? That is, if anyone can afford to fly anymore.
I love getting together with Bon and Karen. I already know them so well from our blog friendship. We never run out of things to talk about when we're together. I'm sure it would be the same with you.
Heehee... Ace, doesn't it make you feel special that we were thinkin' about you? Don't be hatin' on the toes.
I had so much fun yesterday - I feel like I've known both of you forever.
If and when I get to the PNW, I so expect a brunch with y'all. LOL!
Great that you guys have each other!
I'm glad you had a good time and you crack me up with the toe pictures!
I had a GREAT time!
Now take that pic down, I look about 70 years old in it.
I don't really look like that do I ?
Come on, feed my vanity.
