What Is In Yours?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I've received a few requests regarding what actually is inside my fridge.
Although I am about to feel a bit exposed, I thought I would indulge.
I guess the talk of juicing and the salad got some peeps wondering what I eat on a daily basis. If what is hidden is as healthy as I make it out to be.
I'm game. I'll put it out there and let you decide.
If you feel like playing too, leave me a comment and/or let me know you've posted an entry too.
Before I get to showing and you get to wondering, it does look like this all the time. Well, when I'm not on the road that is.
As represented above, you're going to find eggs, mayo, Miracle Whip, salad dressings, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (spread, sticks, and spray), chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, syrup, mustards (regular and spicy), ketchup, Heinz 57, bbq sauce, and lite soy sauce in the door pretty much at all times.
When you look inside this is what you'll see. Yes, the need for things to be in what I designate "their" place carries over to the fridge.
Up close and personal, the top shelf holds juices, milk, yogurt (hidden), and root beer schnapps.
The second shelf is a free for all.
What is on there right this moment?
Top Shelf: Cranberry juice, organic strawberry lemonade from Trader Joe's, light plain soy milk, light chocolate soy milk, no pulp OJ, Johnny's Jamaica Me Sweet Hot Crazy sauce, yogurt (peach, blueberry, strawberry), some left over peach, OJ, mango, pineapple smoothie, sliced lemons, and some diced onions.
Second Shelf: Salsa, raspberry fruit spread, relishes (dill and sweet), pickles (whole and sliced), jalapenos, strawberries, grape maters, blueberries, multi-grain light english muffins, mushrooms, sliced pineapple, and pre-sliced mango.
On the third/Bottom Shelf: Organic baby spinach, spinach, broccoli, carrots, tonic, goose, parmesan and romano cheese.
Below the bottom shelf, in the drawer, you'll find turkey sandwich meat, cheese (colby sticks and slices), and tortillas.
So there you have it. My fridge.
Now I ask, what is in yours?
Peace and Love Peeps.

i love your refrigerator! I keep thinking of you every time I open my cabinet with my spices, and I wonder how long some of them have been in there. ;-)

My fridge is mostly empty all the time, as I don't really cook, although, yesterday I made my first trip to whole foods and picked up a few things.

My fridge COULD look like that, if I didn't live with the condiment slut. We're reaching critical mass again, I think it's time for another early morning raid and dump.

So how does the lite silk taste? I'm just making my way to silk, so I think I'll give myself a little longer to adjust before I go totally crazy.

Lovins!

You have a second career ahead of you: people would pay big bucks to have you come clear out their fridge and freezer and organize it. I would never be brave enough to photograph the innards of the fidge, especially those times when the veggie area has gone science experiment.
