Fun in Traffic

My "boss" likes to say "I am not as unhinged as I appear to be" and "life with you is always an adventure".
Today he learned yet something new about me that had him laughing and shaking his head in what I would like to refer to as disbelief.
When I am stuck in traffic (Brad, Fiwa, Paolo, Ace and my other non blogging peeps can probably relate to Seattle, 405, etc. morning rush hour aggravation), I like to blow bubbles.
Yep, bubbles.
It's fun. It relaxes me. It allows me to take a moment and be still. To get in touch with my inner child and calm down when the road rage might set in.
Plus, if you're stuck in traffic and see a bubble or two come your way, wouldn't you smile? Maybe just a little bit? I'd like to think so.
So, for anyone hanging out in the Seattle metro area, if you see a bubble pass by your window when you're stuck in traffic, I just might be somewhere in the area. Sitting near, blowing my bubbles, spreading a bit of love and sunshine your way.

Blow me a bubble at 405's 44th St Exit please. My office is just down the hill! - And yes I'll now alway be on the look out for bubbles in traffic. If you see a dark green Cherokee honking madly at you it's just me.

What a neat idea! I'll be on the lookout for those bubbles.

What a lovely idea! I think I'm going to have to add a bottle to my glove compartment.

I'll only see your bubbles in cyberspace, but I'll be looking anyway.

Brad, I waved on my way past the other day.

I'll be on the look out for both you and fiwa.

Cindy, The Dollar store always has a good stash to choose from.

Cheryl, Bubbles your way sister.

Hi Mo-

that's an awesome idea. Now I wish I could just roll my darned window down- somebody recently broke into the bug and it broke some mechanism in the window and I haven't had time to get it fixed yet.

But I really like your positivity about it, even though I would probably be the one popping those bubbles and cursing while in traffic ;)
