This week I challenge you to update your emergency contact numbers. Make sure they are current. Share this information with your loved ones, employer, friends, etc.
Have a designated ICE in your phone.
ICE = In Case of Emergency
If you're like me and live out of state from your immediate family, be sure to designate a local contact who has all of your family's information and your family has theirs.
I also suggest you have your best friend's husband/wife/significant other's cell phone too just in case of an emergency or on the bright flip side, to plan a surprise.
These actions should only take a little bit of your time and hopefully will give you endless peace of mind.
