First of all, Happy Mother's Day to all of you Mom's out there!
This includes Mom's to fur babies too. I hope your day is extra special.
Now onward to this week's challenge. It starts off with a story. A real, honest to goodness, recollection of last night's events.
Maricel, Drea, and I went to see Made of Honor after partaking in sushi and sake. It was nothing short of a major challenge to find a parking space at the movie theater so we arrived literally when the movie was starting.
We find seats and in my quest not to trip or stick my bodacious bootie in the face of an unsuspecting stranger, I hit a button on my phone so I could have backlight in which to see.
We sit down and I admit there were a few texts being received and one being sent.
So, y'all know this means the backlight was lighting up during the flick.
Please keep in mind the movie is pure chick flick as you read this.
Stranger to Mo: "Please turn your phone off."
Mo to Stranger: "In a moment."
Stranger to Mo: "I'm going to tell someone."
Mo to Stranger: "Knock yourself out."
Stranger to Mo: "I'm going to knock you out."
Um, excuse me? I couldn't help but giggle, turn to Maricel and say, "She wants to go."
My first reaction was to turn to her and challenge her. But I didn't. Instead I said a little prayer and sent love her way. Anyone who reacts that hateful needs some love, sunshine, and happiness in their life.
So my challenge to you this week is when someone or something irks the heck out of you, take a breath, giggle, and send good vibes their way. Even if you want to do a
Think you can do it?
I know you can!
Peace and Love Peeps.

Well, at least you tried.
I don't mind people texting while on their phones really, it's the chatting on their phones that bugs me. I think talking during a movie is very rude, but texting doesn't bother me. I'm use to it with the kids. They text everywhere we are...sometimes it's annoying, but I've learned to live with it. They're just not allowed to text at the dinner table. I draw the line there.
I was ready to fight that night. I've never been in a fight so I got excited and thought I'd finally be able to fight LOL It's never dull hanging out with you Monica:)
