Ugh, I need a nap so bad, and it's only 10am!!
You should have called. I was up watching TV the whole time. Did you catch Grey's?
Poor thing! I hope you make it through the day!!!! Have you ever memorized anything? I memorize a lot of Bible scripture and when I can't sleep I just repeat it to myself over and over and it almost turns into a meditation and I'm able to drift off.

I find a nice nap under a conference room table will do wonders.
