Weekly Challenge #20

This week I challenge you to make time for yourself to be quiet. To be still. To be serene.

Maybe it is a quick couple of minutes here or there. Maybe it is a dedicated 15+ minutes.

I simply want you to be able to find time to JUST BE.

Dictionary.com defines serenity as the state or quality of being serene, calm, or tranquil; sereneness.

Please make the time. You owe it to yourself.

Remember, when we take care of ourselves, we are better equipped to take care of others.
