Yep. Been taking that, my vitamin c, and echinea too.
I am starting to feel even better today but now the sneezes have moved in.
Another day of rest and I should be good to go.
do you get the flu shot?
i never have, but this year i've been wondering because i had those sniffles and freaked out. i spent every day in a hot bath and in bed early.
get your rest. that is key.
