This week's challenge is to eat at least one fresh thing a day.
A piece of fruit.
A veggie.
Something not processed.
Something not out of a box.
Something from the earth, a tree, a bush, a plant.
Your body will thank you.
I'm off to the store to stock back up on celery, cucumbers, and spinach.
NOTE: In the blender is a cup of fresh spinach, a fuji apple, half a cucumber, and two celery stalks. Might sound ugggh but it is good when blended together.

I did it. Two days in a row of freshly made food. I eat a salad every day for lunch and generally eat healthy, but had been relying way too much on Lean Cuisine.
I had some celery sticks with buffalo wings:) Does french fries count:)

Maricel, You get half a point. Celery sticks count but unless the french fries were baked, we will not count them.
